Paint correction.Clarity restored with precision.

Swirl marks, wash haze, oxidation, and fine defects scatter light and mute the finish. Scentry corrects paint methodically—measuring, testing, refining, and protecting the result instead of hiding defects with temporary fillers.

Correction without shortcuts

Restore the reflection.
Preserve the paint.

Paint correction removes or reduces defects by carefully refining the clear coat. It is different from a wax or filler that temporarily hides swirls, and it should never be treated as a race to remove the most material.

Every vehicle responds differently. We inspect the condition, test a small area, and recommend the level of work that creates meaningful improvement while respecting the finish.

01

Swirl reduction

Reduces circular wash marks that dull reflections and become especially visible in direct light.

02

Clarity restored

Refines the finish so color, depth, and reflections appear cleaner and more distinct.

03

Oxidation refinement

Improves weathered, hazy paint where the finish can be corrected safely.

04

Water-spot improvement

Reduces mineral marking and etched defects when their depth and paint condition allow.

05

Better coating foundation

Creates a cleaner visual result before long-term ceramic protection is installed.

06

Honest recommendations

Explains what can improve, what may remain, and where preservation matters more than perfection.

The Scentry correction process

Inspect first.
Correct with purpose.

The safest path to a better finish begins with evidence. Lighting, inspection, a test section, and controlled refinement guide every recommendation.

01

Inspect & measure

We study the finish under focused lighting, identify sensitive areas, measure where appropriate, and discuss the result you want.

02

Wash & decontaminate

A careful wash and surface decontamination remove loose and bonded material before any correction work begins.

03

Test & plan

A test section helps us choose the pad, polish, and process that deliver meaningful improvement while respecting the paint.

04

Correct & refine

Controlled polishing passes reduce defects where safely possible, followed by refinement for greater clarity and gloss.

05

Protect & explain

We protect the corrected finish as quoted and explain the washing habits that help preserve the result.

Package names are only a starting point. The final approach is set after inspection and a test section reveal what the finish needs and what it can safely support.

01

Gloss-focused improvement

Paint Enhancement

Designed for lighter haze and swirl reduction when the goal is greater gloss and clarity without pursuing a full correction.

03

Correction before protection

Coating Preparation

Tailors correction and final refinement to create the cleanest reasonable foundation before certified System X ceramic protection.

Visible improvement for real vehicles

When correction
makes the difference.

Paint correction is valuable whenever defects are distracting from an otherwise healthy finish—or when the paint needs a cleaner foundation before protection.

Daily drivers

Restore clarity lost to routine washing, weather exposure, and years of normal use.

Dark paint

Reduce the swirls and haze that become especially visible on black and deep-colored finishes.

Pre-sale & show preparation

Present a sharper, more reflective finish when appearance carries extra importance.

Ceramic coating preparation

Refine defects before durable protection preserves the appearance beneath it.

Clear expectations before polishing

Paint correction FAQ.

Every finish has limits. These answers explain how we balance visible improvement with responsible paint preservation.

What is the difference between polishing and paint correction?

Polishing is a broad term for improving a finish. Paint correction is a measured process that uses inspection, testing, and controlled polishing to reduce visible defects and restore clarity.

Can every scratch be removed?

No. Some defects are too deep to remove safely, and preserving the clear coat takes priority over chasing a perfect-looking result. We explain what can reasonably be improved after inspection.

Do you measure the paint first?

We inspect every finish and use paint-depth measurements where they are appropriate and useful. Body lines, edges, prior repairs, and paint history are also considered before correction.

How long does paint correction take?

Timing depends on vehicle size, paint condition, defect depth, and the level of correction selected. We provide a realistic schedule after evaluating the vehicle.

Does paint correction include protection?

Protection is tailored to the service. Your quote will clearly state whether the finish receives a sealant, ceramic coating, or another protection option after correction.

Will the finish stay perfect afterward?

Corrected paint can be marked again by automatic washes, dirty towels, and poor wash technique. Proper maintenance and quality protection help preserve the clarity you invested in.
